Turlington Avenue Homes is a proposed residential re-development encompassing over 16 residential parcels located on the 15100 block of Turlington Avenue in the City of Harvey, IL. Our proposal aligns with the city’s long-term growth plan and will generate increased tax revenue, provide quality housing, and enhance community amenities.
